Lock the bot to one voice channel (/musicchannel) or one text channel (/setcommandchannel). Commands from anywhere else get a friendly pointer to the right place. Same-voice-channel control is automatic: once connected, only members in the bot's channel can control playback.

/setcommandchannel viewDJ mode off (default) lets anyone control playback. With DJ mode on, control commands — pause, skip, volume, filters, queue edits — require the DJ role. Admins always bypass. /djcommands lists exactly which commands are gated.

/djcommands/songlist blocks listed tracks — or allows only listed tracks — across /play, playlists, pickers, radio and polls. An entry with only an artist blocks the whole artist.

/songlist list/247 keeps the bot in the voice channel after the queue ends, and it auto-reconnects to the same channel after a restart. When the last human leaves, the embed shows a ⏳ waiting-for-listeners banner and the current track keeps playing — the bot never starts a new one into an empty room. Autoplay switches itself off whenever playback is stopped, so the next song only starts once it's re-enabled.

A Music Voice Channel is set via /musicchannel. Join that channel, or have an admin run /musicchannel remove. Same for /setcommandchannel.
The track may be on the server's blacklist. Check with /songlist list, and have an admin remove it with /songlist remove. Also confirm the bot has permission to join and speak in the target voice channel.
Re-run /setup — the controller pins itself and is verified and restored automatically on every start, so this is rare.
Check the bot's volume with /volume (0–200%) and make sure the voice channel the bot is in is the one your members are hearing. Some filters like Lowpass or Karaoke intentionally shape the sound — /clearfilter resets everything.
If control commands refuse, DJ mode is on and the member needs the DJ role — or admin. /djcommands lists exactly which commands are restricted, and /setdj assigns the role.
