Last updated: July 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully — they govern your use of SYN MUSIC.
By inviting SYN MUSIC to a Discord server, creating an account, or using any of our websites, dashboards or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the SYN MUSIC Discord server and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
SYN MUSIC provides music playback, playlist management, analytics and related features for Discord servers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we target 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SYN MUSIC. Where required by local law, you must also have your parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Discord account linking is required for dashboard features. You may not sub-license the service or resell SYN MUSIC features without written permission.
You may not use SYN MUSIC to: violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable law; infringe copyrights by distributing unauthorized copies of works; attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer our infrastructure; use automated means to access the API beyond documented rate limits; or facilitate any of the above.
Music playback is intended for private, community listening. Downloading or re-distributing streamed audio is prohibited except where you have the rights to that content.
You retain all rights to content you upload to SYN MUSIC, including soundboard files and playlists. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content is infringing, contact us at copyright@synmusic.gg with the required takedown information.
SYN MUSIC is free to use — the complete bot, every feature and every premium capability are available at no cost.
We do not sell access, and there are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated at least 14 days in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYN MUSIC Labs and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using SYN MUSIC at any time by removing the bot from your server and deleting your account from the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the service. We will notify you where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
